Raised in California and Central Oregon, Deshutes County, Humberto’s leadership journey started early. After winning an elementary school (Robert's M. Pyles) art contest, he was elected to student council and gave his first public speech in first grade for Treasurey Secretary. By age seven, he was already playing drums for local churches—eventually serving up to four congregations every Sunday. His deep commitment to service, faith, and excellence shaped a life defined by influence and impact.

As a student-athlete, Humberto stood out for his competitive spirit and leadership. At a private Christian school in Central Oregon, he helped lead the soccer team to its first competitive victories, pushing the program beyond participation to performance. At Redmond High School (RHS), he continued to excel—earning MVP titles in basketball and track, receiving “Most Inspirational Player” in soccer, and being recognized by local media for leading his team to the playoffs.

His leadership extended into the arts and mentorship, including serving as a state judge in Oregon for fine arts competitions. Whether through music, sports, or public service, Humberto consistently demonstrated a commitment to lifting others up and leading with heart.

In addition to his creative and athletic achievements, Humberto trained and worked as a General Journeyman Electrician Practitioner (in the state of Oregon), developing hands-on technical skills that contribute to his grounded, results-oriented leadership style.

His diverse industry experience spans real estate, technology, cleared recruiting and staffing, and federal contracting.
